Follow Our Build

Follow along as the Creekcut Estate comes to life. We’ll continue adding updates here as construction progresses.

Going Vertical

February 2026

In February 2026, the structure officially began to rise. Seeing the building go vertical has been surreal as the future home of Creekcut starts to take form.

Foundation & Concrete

Late 2025 – Early 2026
The next phase of construction focused on laying the groundwork for the future winery structure. With the foundation set and concrete poured — despite plenty of rain — the estate began to take its first physical shape.

First Estate Harvest

Fall 2025

In fall 2025, the estate vineyard produced its very first fruit. While still young, this milestone marked an exciting step toward the first estate-grown Creekcut wines.

Breaking Ground

July 2025

Construction officially began in July 2025 as crews led by Fuentez Construction broke ground on the Creekcut Estate winery. After years of planning, the project moved from vision to reality as work began transforming the property.

Design & Permitting

2024 – Early 2025

Throughout 2024 and into early 2025, plans for the estate winery and hospitality space were finalized as the project moved through the design and permitting process. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure the property would reflect both the natural beauty of Willow Creek and the welcoming spirit of Creekcut.

Planting the Estate Vineyard

Early 2023

In early 2023, the first vines were planted at the Creekcut Estate. Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Roussanne were planted across the property, marking the beginning of what will eventually become estate-grown wines from the Willow Creek District.

The Estate Begins

August 10, 2021

hris and Jason purchased the Willow Creek District property on August 10, 2021, a date that also marked their 30th wedding anniversary. What began as a celebration quickly became the future home of Creekcut, with a vision to create a place where the wines could one day be grown, made, and shared on the same property.
